Wong Perng Fey (b. 1974, Kuala Lumpur) graduated from the Malaysian Institute of Art in 1998 under a full scholarship. In 2002, he was selected for the yearlong Malaysia-Australia Visual Arts Residency at Rimbun Dahan, Kuang. He works across a range of mediums but his works often return to the themes of landscape and memory. His works are in the collections of the National Art Gallery, the Central Bank of Malaysia, PETRONAS, and the Singapore Art Museum. He is currently based in Beijing.
