Syed Fakaruddin (b. 1989, Malaysia) is from Setiu, Terengganu. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art (majoring in sculpture) in 2012 from UiTM Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. He is also one-third of an art collective, ‘Sarang Batu’ which was founded in 2014 by him and two other young artists, Azizi Latif and Fazrin Abd Rahman.
